We are a smaller fitness center with
more advanced, well maintained equipment and an almost sterile
setting, and we at the Pulse take pride in this reputation.
We also offer free child care to our members in an exclusive
child-friendly space, equipped with cameras so that one is
able to watch their child while working out. Be sure to visit
our website to see pictures of the facility, group-x schedule,
and to meet our trainers! The Pulse is open Monday through
Saturday, 5am to 11pm. We are privately owned and located in
the new Arlington Highlands Shopping Center, right by Ulta,
Golf Galaxy, and PetSmart.
